Job Description
- Delivery Model – Agile (Scrum) - candidate should understand how Agile / Scrum works
- Experience – looking for an experienced tester in the range of 5-8 years of testing experience (with minimum 2-3 years in banking)
- Core Competencies
- Should have retail banking experience
- Mobile App testing Experience -Mandatory - iOS , Android experience
- Should have experience in Intellect core banking
- Should have experience in Credit Cards (Fiserv / FD)
- Should have experience in 'Mobile app – Manual testing UXUI'
- API testing automation
- Tools -MS Office, Jira, Confluence, Oracle Database (basic knowledge)
- Communication -Should be able to communicate effectively (verbal and email) with business, team members & Fiserv on day to day basis
- Should have good understanding of credit card onboarding and payment workflows
- Scope Identification- Should be able to work with BA and Business to identify the UAT Scope
- Test Planning
- Should be able to write / contribute detailed Test Plan for all testing services if needed
- Should be able to create detailed Test Scripts and upload into Jira
- Test Execution
- Should be able to validate functional specification / requirement
- Perform Positive, Negative functional testing as per the test execution plan
- The testing will cover all the applications spanning the digital projects (FirstVision, Mobile, CRM & Downstream Systems)
- Defect Identification & Logging – Should understand the defect life cycle, able to raise defects in Jira & follow up on defects
- Reporting – should be able to send daily / weekly reports on test execution progress as needed
