Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.

• Design and execute functional test cases, both manual and automated, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business workflows.
• Perform API testing and backend automation to ensure robust integration and data validation across services.
• Develop and maintain BDD-style test suites using tools like Cucumber, integrating functional scenarios with automation scripts.
• Contribute to test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting across multiple phases of the SDLC.
• Work closely with Agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies and sprint activities.
• Support automation efforts by enhancing existing frameworks and integrating functional tests into CI / CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in functional testing, API testing, and BDD automation.
