Position Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to manage support operations for our US-based client . The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, prior experience in international voice or blended support, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service during the US night shift .

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat support for US clients.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
• Record customer interactions and feedback in CRM systems.
• Follow up on open cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain service quality, performance metrics, and client satisfaction.
• Escalate complex issues to senior teams as required.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
