Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and drive improvements in supply chain processes through data analytics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in analysing business requirements and translating them into Analytics projects.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the successful conversion of requirements into technical specifications.
Conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues impacting business processes and recommend corrective actions or process improvements to resolve issues
Actively participate in meetings and discussions with client teams to gather requirements and provide technical insights.
Perform hands-on data analysis using Excel / SQL / Power BI.
Technical Skills :
Experience in conducting root cause analysis to identify issues impacting supply chain processes.
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Six Sigma, lean manufacturing to recommend corrective actions and process enhancements.
Basic understanding of databases and ETL processes to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency to use tools like Excel, Process mapping tools etc
Familiar with tools like Power BI / Tableau.
Basic understanding of SQL.

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or a related field.
