Farmson Enviro Care (FEC) is an IS 16544 and ISO 9001 : 2015 certified company providing hot water solutions across the globe since 2003. The key products of the company are Solar Water Heater and Heat Pump. Approved by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy, the company focuses on innovation and technology to deliver advanced eco-friendly hot water solutions.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Heat Pump Technician located in Ahmedabad. He / she will be responsible installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing residential and commercial air-source water heater heat pump systems. This role ensures optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction through skilled technical service and professional communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of heat pump systems, including electrical and refrigerant components.
- Diagnose system malfunctions and determine appropriate repair solutions.
- Install, start up, and commission new heat pump systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
- Replace or repair defective parts such as compressors, motors, fans, sensors, and thermostats.
- Maintain detailed service records, including work performed, parts used, and labor hours.
