We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic investment banking team. The ideal candidate will support senior bankers in delivering financial advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other financial transactions. You will play a key role in financial modeling, conducting industry research, preparing presentations, and contributing to the overall execution of client transactions.

• Build and maintain financial models (e.g., discounted cash flow models, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to assess the financial health of clients and potential investments.
• Conduct company valuations and assess financial metrics for M&A and capital raising deals.
• Prepare detailed financial analysis, including pro forma modeling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
• Support senior bankers in all aspects of deal execution, including managing timelines, coordinating teams, and communicating with clients.
• Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including pitch books, presentations, and client reports.
• Conduct due diligence and coordinate with external advisors (e.g., lawyers, accountants) during deal execution.
• Assist in the preparation of investment memorandums, client updates, and transaction-related documents.
• Conduct in-depth industry and market research to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and potential opportunities for clients.
• Provide insights on market conditions, including interest rates, equity market trends, and industry dynamics.
• Track and analyze public company financials and market activity to support transaction strategies.
• Assist in preparing client presentations and pitch materials for new business development.
• Coordinate with clients on transaction processes and provide regular updates throughout the deal cycle.
• Act as a point of contact for clients, providing them with financial and strategic advice as necessary.
• Create high-quality presentations, documents, and marketing materials to support senior bankers in client meetings and transaction negotiations.
• Prepare and edit written reports, including board memoranda, investment proposals, and offering documents.
• Work closely with senior bankers, associates, and other team members to meet client deadlines and deliver high-quality service.
• Coordinate efforts across multiple deal teams and departments, ensuring effective communication and smooth workflow during transactions.
