Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The individual in this role will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, work on employer branding initiatives, and conduct effective interviews to identify the best talent. Additionally, they will collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and ensure a high-quality candidate experience, supporting the company’s growth and cultural values.

Qualifications

• Identify, attract, and hire the right talent aligned with the company’s goals and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, and referrals.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
• Possess excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills to manage multiple roles efficiently.
