To do the recruitment and selection activities for the Clients by employing different sources / platforms of recruitment - Sourcing - Screening - Calling (35 calls a day) - Tele InterviewTo perform the Job Analysis for various positions for the Clients and to prepare the Job Description according to the roles, responsibilities, and authority (RRA)To ensure all the vacant positions are closed within time, with all the parameters as per the JD / JSTo coordinate with the client's team and take the follow-up of open positions, create the sourcing strategy and ensure they hire within the timelineTo timely prepare HR activities reports and attend the review meetings whenever requiredCoordinate with Consultants and any other external service providers as per the requirementsTo upgrade oneself on the new HR Practices, Rules, and RegulationsTo travel on-site to understand the client's requirementsTo collaborate with the client's team and get the job doneSkills Required
