Daily meeting with all the admitted patients and solving of all the queriesBriefing of the patients on their rights and responsibilitiesDaily following up with nursing in charges of any problems regarding Pharmacy / Diagnostics / other services.Reporting to the immediate superior every 3 hourly of the status of wards.Daily ensuring dispatch of completed files of the patients discharged to MRD.Ensuring smooth functioning of the IPD areas with maintaining all the TATs as mentioned in the processes.Coordinating with the billing department and resolving any issues of Inpatients regarding their bills.Ensuring that patients and attendants are aware of the medical status as well as the bill status of the patients.Skills Required
