Job description

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will source and engage top freelance talent across diverse sectors.

Talent Sourcing :

Discover candidates on platforms, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Nurture relationships with passive candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.

Candidate Evaluation and Screening :

Review resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified professionals.

Conduct initial phone or video assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Client Partnerships :

Collaborate closely with the upGrad team to understand client needs and project requirements.

Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment efforts.

Requirements :

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on freelancing or contract roles.

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
