Presales Solution Architect -Salesforce Field Service

Job descriptionPreparation of proposal response during RFP / RFI Submission Solution fitment for field service lightning (FSL) cloud / service cloud, ServiceMax Ability to function independently and manage stakeholder expectations including Account heads, Practice leadership team. Responsible for creating estimation, pricing, resource loading and getting finance approval before submission. Involve in Presales assets, Case studies and Reference building activities Perform capability presentation and demo of latest Salesforce features in compliance with customer requirements Governance of response, estimation and pricing content Excellent verbal and written communication skills Consultative approach and strong relationship builder Attitude to work in a team and extend support to others whenever required Exudes professionalism and operates with honesty, integrity, discipline and motivation
Critical Needs :
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in CRM with minimum 2 years in Salesforce delivery / implementation experience
- Knowledge on Salesforce application implementation including, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development Salesforce objects, Visual Force pages, Apex Classes, Triggers etc.
- Knowledge of Salesforce integration approach
- Knowledge and experience with both waterfall and agile project methodologies
- Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning concepts
- Possesses the individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables and are of the highest calibre and ensure client satisfaction
