As a Sales Business Partner, you'll introduce HR leaders to our platform and earn commissions for each client onboarded.

Job Requirements

This referral-based role is ideal for agency recruiters, HR consultants, or those with strong ties in the hiring ecosystem.

Share our platform with your HR network and showcase how AI-driven matching can transform their process.

Guide new users toward demo requests and onboarding.

Provide feedback to refine our platform.

Preferred Background & Experience

A sales background in SaaS, HRTech, or Recruitment Tech, especially mid-market / SMB hunter profile, is highly valued.

Experience selling ATS, HRMS, Payroll, Recruitment, or SaaS tools to HR leaders is essential.

Compensation & Benefits

This commission-only partner role offers a transparent payout structure. Your earnings depend on clients referred and onboarded.
