As an Manager - AI Initiatives, you will be an integral part of Wiom's growth journey, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to support various strategic and operational initiatives. This role requires exceptional problem-solving, execution & communication skills. You'll have an opportunity to solve complex business problems which will impact 500 million lives.What You'll Do (Like a Founder, Just Without the Title)
1. AI CX Strategy & Ownership
Define and own the CX - AI roadmap for conversational bots and AI-based quality systems.Translate business goals and customer insights into actionable AI use cases and product requirements.Drive prioritization and feature planning to align with Wiom's customer experience strategy.2. AI Model Training & Optimization
Collaborate with teams to curate and structure training datasets (FAQs, chat logs, scripts, feedback, etc.).Continuously monitor, evaluate, and refine AI performance across accuracy, tone, and resolution metrics.Establish structured feedback loops to ensure the AI systems evolve with customer needs and business priorities.3.Performance Tracking & Quality Assurance
Define and track KPIs such as automation rate, accuracy, resolution time, CSAT, and conversation quality.Use analytics to identify improvement areas and lead periodic review cycles for iterative optimization.Ensure that AI-driven interventions enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.4.Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with CX, Tech and Data teams to ensure smooth deployment, scalability, and maintenance of AI systems.Act as the central bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external partners (where applicable).Drive alignment on goals, expectations, and performance benchmarks for all AI initiatives.5.Governance, Compliance & Documentation
Ensure all AI interventions adhere to data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI standards.Maintain detailed documentation on model versions, training data, and enhancement logs.What makes you a great fit!
Education Qualifications & work experience
MBA with B.Tech. in Computer Science, Data Science or a related field, with overall experience of 5- 8 yrs in Product Management, including 2-4 years in an AI / Automation product roles. Exposure to SaaS or Consumer Internet industries is a plus.Technical & Soft Skills
Solid understanding of AI / ML concepts, especially NLP, Conversational AI, and speech or sentiment analysis.Ability to translate business problems into data and model requirements.Strong analytical and project management capabilitiesExcellent communication, stakeholder alignment, and documentation skills.Execution-oriented - comfortable managing multiple priorities and fast-paced iterations.Able to bridge the gap between business context and technical complexity.Curious, data-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement in AI systems(ref : iimjobs.com)
