Key Responsibilities :

• UI / UX Design : Design wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for the company website, e-commerce platform, and mobile applications.
• Graphic Design : Develop visually appealing assets such as brand identity elements, landing pages, brochures, posters, packaging, POS displays, and campaign visuals.
• Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to align design output with business objectives and brand voice. Implement quick iterations based on feedback to deliver production-ready assets.
• Brand Consistency : Maintain and evolve the brand guidelines, ensuring a unified and cohesive visual language across all digital and print platforms.
• Deliverables : Provide editable source files in formats such as Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and CorelDRAW.
• Performance & Innovation : Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and usability practices; continuously recommend design improvements to enhance user engagement and conversion rates.
