Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create accurate and engaging job descriptions, and post them across job boards, LinkedIn, and
niche platforms.
Implement strategic sourcing channels, including Boolean searches, social media outreach, passive candidate engagement, and referrals
Conduct screening interviews, technical assessments, and evaluate cultural fit.Coordinate with hiring managers to align on requirements, interview processes, and hiring timelines.Build and maintain a robust tech talent pipeline and candidate database for future needsManage offer process : prepare and negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, ensure smooth acceptance.
Enhance candidate experience with prompt communication, personalized outreach, and timely updates.
Stay updated on IT market trends, hiring practices, salary benchmarks, and emerging roles in tech.
Represent the organization at job fairs, tech meetups, and networking events for brand visibilityand candidate sourcing.
Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per hire, source effectiveness, and provideinsights to improve processes
✅ Ideal Candidate :
5–8 years of proven experience in IT / Technical recruitment (agency or inhouse), ideally consulting exposure.Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies (e.g., Java, .NET, DevOps, Data Science, Cloud,Cybersecurity).
Proficient in sourcing techniques : Boolean search, niche platform recruiting, cold outreach, passive talent engagement.
