Job descriptionAnalyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project Create design solutions and instructional design approaches. Write instructional content, learning objectives, and training plan. Write storyboards in Word, PPT, and other tools and create the visual design, UI, Write assessments. Write engaging instructional activities for ILTs and e-Learning. Develop training materials such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands- Visualize and suggest instructional graphics. Collaborate with SMEs and team members to achieve project goals and develop Develop learning deliverables in line with the project scope using common Add graphics, audio, and video files to Storyline and other authoring tools. Review the content, identify instructional and language errors, and fix them. Ensure timely deliveries. MS Office Articulate Storyline 3 Knowledge of other development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Prezi, Camtasia, Articulate Presenter, and Lectora would be an advantage.
