Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Billing Analyst!

In this role, you are responsible for generating invoices and billings analysis. To support the Stakeholder in performing financial tasks and non-financial tasks to help guarantee the company's revenues.

Responsibilities

• .Should have a good understanding of financial concepts - Cost, Revenue, Margin, Billings etc
• .Extract data from ERP system for the analysis
• .Should be able to perform SOP driven analysis for invoice creation
• .The key requirement is to perform Contract billing with accuracy and on time.
• .Ability to prepare invoices, upload invoices to the system and send them to customers using various channels
• .Should have good idea on cash flow, invoice to cash procedures.
• .Should work closely with finance, Engg & customer account managers across the globe, gather supplemental requirements and obtain approvals for any additional opportunities / billings identified.
• .Maintain & update SOP for future changes for each contract
• .The analyst should be able to understand the Accounts payable system
• .Supports on various ad hoc projects and data requirements
