Job Overview :
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales and Customer Success Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs and materials for our sales and customer success teams. This includes creating training videos, cheat sheets, and conducting live training sessions. The trainer will focus on product knowledge, soft skills, and technical aspects to ensure our teams are well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive sales.
Job Location : Ecotech 3, Greater Noida West
Experience : 2-5 years of training experience preferable in a sales / customer service organization
Key Responsibilities :
Learning Management System
Managing & suggesting optimization on a regular basis to make it more effective.
Training Content Development :
Create training content including cheat sheets, videos, and manuals.
Develop a "Hose Finder" and "Hose Assembly Code Finder" tool.
Create and update cheat sheets for hose fittings, chemical resistance charts, and conversion tables.
Training Delivery :
Conduct training sessions on various topics
Develop and deliver training videos for product clarification, soft skills, etc
Provide training on the LMS (Learning Management System)
Successful delivery of training sessions as per schedule.
High engagement and participation rates in training sessions.
Process and Performance Improvement :
Define parameters for analyzing past customer history and incorporate them into training.
Include real customer inquiries in training scenarios to enhance practical understanding.
Collaboration and Feedback :
Collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and gaps.
Gather feedback on training effectiveness and continuously improve the training materials.
