We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Manager / Manager – Planning & Project Management to join Vegrow. This role will focus on leveraging data analytics to drive strategic planning, strengthen control tower operations, and improve manpower planning and revenue outcomes through data insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analytics & BI : Utilize Power BI and other analytics tools to generate actionable insights that improve decision-making and operational performance.
• Control Tower Operations : Lead control tower operations, using data-driven insights to optimize manpower planning, resource allocation, and revenue management.
• Strategic Planning : Translate complex datasets into business insights to support long-term planning and project execution.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align planning initiatives with organizational goals.
