Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the Research and Compliance Lead on compliance processes.
  • Confidently address compliance nuances and ensure adherence to standards.
  • Interpret internal policies and guidelines to recommend necessary actions.
  • Review and evaluate compliance requests, proposing appropriate solutions.
  • Enforce key compliance rules and regulations within the organization.
  • Train employees on compliance standards, guidelines, and international laws.
  • Manage tasks accurately and in a timely manner while maintaining confidentiality.

Required Skills & Knowledge :

  • In-depth knowledge of industry compliance requirements and standards.
  • Familiarity with tools like DOWJONES, FACTIVA, and CAPIQ.
  • Proficiency in handling international sanctions lists (SFIO, SEC, ITAR, OFAC, FINRA).
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

    • Qualifications :

  • Graduate with 1-3 years of experience in a compliance-related role.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills.
