Job Title : Junior Accounting Executive

Location : Bangalore (On-site)

Key Responsibilities :

• Assisting with Daily Accounting Tasks :

Help maintain and update financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable / receivable, and bank reconciliations.

Data Entry and Documentation :

Accurately input financial data into our accounting software and assist in maintaining organized records of transactions.

Support in Financial Reporting :

Assist in the preparation of basic financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Learning and Development :

Participate in training sessions to develop proficiency in accounting software and other financial tools used by the team.

Communication :

Assist in drafting basic communication with clients, under the guidance of senior team members.

Process Improvement :

Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in day-to-day accounting tasks and contribute to process documentation.

Qualifications :

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Experience :

No prior work experience required. Internship experience or exposure to accounting principles during studies would be beneficial.

Technical Skills :

Basic understanding of accounting principles. Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office applications.
