Job description

Location - Remote.

Experience : 4 to 6 years post MBA from Tier-1 MBA school.

Reports to : AVP Learning & Strategy.

Role Overview :

  • The Curriculum Strategy Head will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of high-quality curricula across all learning programs.
  • This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is engaging, outcome-driven, and aligned with educational standards and learner needs.

    • Key Responsibilities :

    Curriculum Strategy & Planning :

  • Define and drive the overall curriculum vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Ensure curriculum aligns with pedagogical goals, market expectations, and learner outcomes.

    • Curriculum Development :

  • Oversee the development of lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and teacher guides across multiple subjects or categories.
  • Design learner-centric, interactive, and progressive content for both online and offline formats.

    • Team Leadership & Collaboration :

  • Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, content writers, and subject matter experts.
  • Facilitate training and upskilling of the curriculum team on pedagogy and design tools.

    • Quality Assurance & Review :

  • Ensure all content meets quality benchmarks, including accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement, and inclusivity.
  • Regularly review and revise curriculum based on learner feedback, academic results, and evolving standards.

    • Stakeholder Coordination :

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, category, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of curriculum initiatives.
  • Interface with external educators and consultants when needed.

    • Innovation & Research :

  • Stay updated with the latest in education technology, pedagogy, and global curriculum trends.
  • Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies and tools to enhance content delivery.

    • Key Requirements :

  • MBA from Tier-1.
  • 4-6 years of experience in consulting or program management with at least 2 years in leading projects and teams.
  • Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital content creation is preferred; experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content development is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Passion for education and learner success.
