Job descriptionThe Curriculum Strategy Head will lead the planning, design, development, and implementation of high-quality curricula across all learning programs. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts, instructional designers, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure the curriculum is engaging, outcome-driven, and aligned with educational standards and learner needs. Define and drive the overall curriculum vision, strategy, and roadmap. Ensure curriculum aligns with pedagogical goals, market expectations, and learner outcomes. Oversee the development of lesson plans, learning materials, assessments, and teacher guides across multiple subjects or categories. Design learner-centric, interactive, and progressive content for both online and offline formats. Lead and mentor a team of curriculum developers, content writers, and subject matter experts. Facilitate training and upskilling of the curriculum team on pedagogy and design tools. Ensure all content meets quality benchmarks, including accuracy, age-appropriateness, engagement, and inclusivity. Regularly review and revise curriculum based on learner feedback, academic results, and evolving standards. Collaborate with marketing, operations, category, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of curriculum initiatives. Interface with external educators and consultants when needed. Stay updated with the latest in education technology, pedagogy, and global curriculum trends. Introduce innovative teaching-learning methodologies and tools to enhance content delivery. MBA from Tier-1. 4-6 years of experience in consulting or program management with at least 2 years in leading projects and teams. Understanding of learning theories, instructional design, and digital content creation is preferred; experience with e-learning tools, LMS platforms, and multimedia content development is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Passion for education and learner success.
Location - Remote.
Experience : 4 to 6 years post MBA from Tier-1 MBA school.
Reports to : AVP Learning & Strategy.
