Test Network Administrator

We are looking for a Job Profile Technical Support Engineer II :

• Supervision of the test network to ensure high performance. Tasks involve implementations troubleshooting and actions which may be related to software hardware internet mobile networks and the people hosting our devices.
• Partner management such as onboarding contracts relations and payments.
• Shipping and customs clearance.
• Support for our customers with SLAs.
• Ideas and initiatives for improvements.
