Role Overview :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Test Engineer with strong expertise in L2 / L3 networking protocols and Python-based automation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating complex networking features, automating test cases, and ensuring high-quality software delivery for embedded and networking products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and execute manual and automated test cases for L2 / L3 networking protocols (e.g., TCP / IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, MPLS).
• Develop and maintain Python automation scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues.
• Perform packet-level analysis using tools like Wireshark, Scapy, or similar.
• Validate protocol compliance, interoperability, and scalability under various network conditions.
• Contribute to test strategy , test planning , and test documentation .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and system engineering.
• Participate in continuous integration and DevOps workflows for automated testing.
