About the Role :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment across IT or Non-IT domains, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage hiring needs efficiently. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, coordinate effectively with stakeholders, and deliver quality talent within timelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle : sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
• Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
• Conduct initial telephonic and video screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards using Excel.
• Prepare recruitment-related presentations and reports for internal reviews.
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring roles.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth hiring operations.
