About the Role :
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Talent Acquisition / US Technical Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment, primarily supporting W2 (US staffing) hiring across both IT and Non-IT domains. Key Responsibilities :
Source, screen, and qualify candidates for a variety of IT and Non-IT positions.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle : posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and managing offers.
Focus on W2 (US staffing) hiring models.
Utilize various sourcing platforms including LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, social media, internal databases, and referrals.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers throughout the process.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline status .
Requirements :
Minimum 8 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment across IT and Non-IT roles.
Hands-on experience managing at least 70% W2 roles (US staffing) is required.
Strong knowledge of US recruitment processes and technologies.
Excellent sourcing skills across multiple platforms and social channels.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple open positions and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Experience with ATS and CRM tools.
Awareness of current recruitment and technology market trends.
