Job location : Bangalore Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced Supply Manager / Supply Associate with expertise in food and snacks to onboard and manage partner kitchens for our corporate segment. The role involves sourcing unique products, negotiating with kitchens, ensuring quality, and expanding partner presence across the city. The candidate will work with the operations team, perform audits, and develop strategies to connect with cloud kitchens and restaurants for continued growth. Responsibilities : We are looking to hire a supply manager / associate who has wide knowledge on food and snacks and help onboard kitchens to serve our corporate segment Explore unique products from various kitchens across the city and onboard the kitchens as partners Work with partner kitchens and develop SOP to ensure quality Understand ingredients and production process to arrive at product cost Discuss commercials with the partner kitchens and arrive at desired product cost Increase presence of partner kitchens in various key locations in the city Work with operations team to understand product gaps and onboard kitchens accordingly Do regular audits with existing partner kitchens to ensure quality Develop innovative ways to identify, connect & network with cloud kitchens and restaurants. Qualifications : 3 - 5 years experience in supply / kitchen onboarding or procurement Passionate about food, snacks and Beverages. Strong analytical skills. Knowledge about various cuisines and preparation process is a plus. Familiar with food costing is a plus. candidates with leads in restaurants and cloud kitchens would be a plus. Motivated to perform and have an exponential growth in the organization. Excellent negotiation and verbal communication skills. The job involves extensive traveling within the city, hence candidate should be comfortable.
