Lead Quality Assurance Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced QA engineers ready for a leadership role or technical leaders passionate about automation & process improvement.

• As the lead of the QA team, you will be responsible for defining quality standards and best practices. You will design and implement test automation strategies for regression and performance testing.
• You will establish and maintain QA processes across Web (React), Mobile (Flutter), Backend (Elixir / NodeJS), and Infrastructure (Kubernetes).
• Collaborate with product and development teams to integrate quality into every stage of development.

The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement in testing methodologies and processes, manage test environments, and coordinate testing activities across platforms.
