Quality Assurance Engineer Job Description

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building automated test frameworks, integrating AI / ML tools to optimize testing workflows, and ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of complex applications.

• Design, develop, maintain robust test automation frameworks for web, mobile, API, enterprise applications.
• Leverage AI / ML-powered tools to enhance test automation, defect prediction, intelligent test case generation.
• Implement self-healing test scripts to reduce test maintenance effort.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, product teams to ensure continuous testing in CI / CD pipelines.
• Analyze large test execution data sets to identify trends, flakiness, performance bottlenecks.
• Integrate AI-based test data generation predictive analytics to optimize coverage.
• Mentor junior QA engineers on test automation best practices AI-driven testing methodologies.

Required qualifications include 4-8 years of experience in Test Automation Quality Assurance, proficiency in automation tools / frameworks such as Selenium Cypress, Playwright Appium RestAssured TestNG / JUnit.

Familiarity with cloud-based testing platforms BrowserStack Sauce Labs is also beneficial.
