Role Description :

• This is a full-time, on-site Senior Agency Manager role based in Barasat-I.
• The role entails leading and managing agency teams to achieve sales targets, developing strategic business plans, building agency networks, and mentoring agents to drive performance.
• You will be expected to oversee and enhance the agency's operational efficiency while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with internal processes.
• Engaging with stakeholders and fostering long-term partnerships will also form a key part of your responsibilities.
