Why this role exists

We are looking for a results-oriented Salon Sales Manager to drive revenue, manage salon operations, and lead teams across multiple branches. The role is critical in achieving business growth, ensuring excellent client experiences, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily salon operations, ensuring smooth workflow, service quality, and client satisfaction.
• Lead, guide, and motivate the salon team to achieve sales and performance targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
• Recruit, train, and manage qualified salon professionals according to company standards.
• Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing coaching and training to enhance productivity.
• Manage inventory, maintain stock levels, and oversee product ordering.
• Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the salon.
• Resolve client queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives to boost business.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, billing, and operational metrics.
• Report daily, weekly, and monthly updates on salon performance to the Area Sales Manager and management team.
