About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and drive complex technology projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with excellent project management skills to effectively coordinate teams, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities :

  • Project Planning : Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget management.
  • Execution & Monitoring : Oversee project development and execution, ensuring adherence to plans and timelines. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Team Coordination : Lead cross-functional project teams, including software engineers, developers, designers, and QA specialists. Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among all team members.
  • Technical Oversight : Provide technical guidance and expertise to project teams. Understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Risk Management : Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to address them. Ensure issues are resolved promptly and escalated when necessary.
  • Stakeholder Management : Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, keeping them updated on project status, timelines, and outcomes. Gather and manage stakeholder feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Quality Assurance : Ensure the final product meets quality standards and business requirements. Organize testing phases and coordinate with the QA team to maintain project quality.
  • Budget & Resource Management : Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective resource utilization. Recommend solutions to resource constraints or budget challenges.
  • Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations.

Good To Have Skills :

  • Experience in cloud-based technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Background in cybersecurity, data management, or enterprise architecture.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

    • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. A master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical project management, leading software development or IT infrastructure projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile / Scrum methodologies, and familiarity with programming languages and IT infrastructure.
  • Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or other project management software.
  • Certifications : PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or related certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information clearly to a non-technical audience.
  • Leadership : Proven leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Organizational Skills : High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
