Role : Backend Software Engineer (Remote, Full-Time)

We're seeking a Backend Software Engineer with strong Python expertise to join our remote team.

You will play a central role in designing and scaling the backend infrastructure that powers our platform.

While our work leverages AI for intelligent code migration, this role is primarily focused on backend development, building robust APIs, optimizing system performance, and creating reliable, scalable services.

If you're passionate about Python development, cloud-native systems, and scalable backend architecture, with an interest in AI-driven automation, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain backend services for our software modernization platform
• Build scalable, secure APIs and backend workflows
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested Python code (FastAPI or similar frameworks preferred)
• Integrate with cloud services and manage infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform
• Containerize and deploy services using Docker and CI / CD pipelines
• Monitor and optimize system performance, reliability, and security
• Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend developers, AI engineers, and DevOps teams
• Stay up to date with emerging backend, cloud, and automation technologies
