We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Women's Western Wear Designer to join our dynamic design team. As the Lead Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and bringing to life innovative and stylish western wear collections. You will work closely with other designers, merchandisers, and product development teams to create on-trend and marketable collections for our target audience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design process for women's western wear, from concept to final product, ensuring collections align with brand vision and customer expectations.
• Create mood boards, sketches, color palettes, fabric selections, and technical specifications for new collections.
• Work closely with pattern makers, sample makers, and production teams to ensure the design is translated into high-quality products.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, and techniques relevant to Western wear, ensuring collections are both innovative and commercially viable.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, marketing, and sales, to align designs with market needs and consumer preferences.
• Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
• Participate in fitting sessions, providing input on design fit, proportions, and styling.
• Ensure timelines and project deadlines are met, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Keep up to date with competitors and the broader fashion industry, identifying new trends, materials, and techniques.
