We are seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Coding Team Lead OP to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, deep expertise in outpatient coding, and a passion for driving quality and performance in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai (Work From Office)

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Outpatient Medical Coding – Surgery, Observation
• Should have minimum 6 months of experience in Handling a team directly or indirectly.
• Certified coder (CPC, CCS,COC, CIC or equivalent).
• Proven experience in team handling or leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
