Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation : Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, and databases.
• Cold Calling & Email Outreach : Reach out to HR leaders, Talent Acquisition Heads, and decision-makers to introduce TalentOnLease services.
• Fixing Meetings : Schedule and coordinate virtual or in-person meetings between prospects and the business team.
• Client Engagement : Understand client requirements and propose suitable hiring solutions.
• Pipeline Management : Maintain and update the sales pipeline.
• Market Research : Track industry trends, new projects, and upcoming hiring needs across sectors.
