Business Development & IT Sales
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities in IT solutions and services.
Research and connect with potential clients via email, calls, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Support senior sales teams in preparing proposals, presentations, and client pitches.
Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing suitable IT solutions.
Work with internal teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
Meet and exceed assigned business development targets.
Desired Skills & Competencies
0–3 years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales / Presales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for client engagement.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Interest in IT Solutions, Software, and Digital Transformation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly.
Eligibility
Graduation / Post-graduation in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
Immediate joiners preferred.
