Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Career Counselor located in Hyderabad. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing career guidance and counseling to students, developing career plans, and assisting with career management. The counselor will work closely with students to help them understand their career goals and the steps needed to achieve them.

Qualifications

Skills in Career Counseling, Career Development, and Career Management

Experience in Student Counseling and Communication

Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills

Ability to work effectively with students from diverse backgrounds

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or a related field

Relevant certifications in career counseling are a plus
