Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Human Resources (HR) Executive to join our team onsite in Chennai. The HR Executive will play a key role in managing HR strategies, implementing HR policies, and supporting organizational goals. The responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, onboarding processes, developing employee benefits programs, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with HR regulations and standards. This role involves active collaboration with teams and fostering a positive work environment for all employees.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Expertise in HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
• Proficiency in Personnel Management, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with labor laws and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar HR role is highly beneficial
