Pms & Aif Team Lead

Key Responsibilities :

Independently handle end-to-end audits and compliance reviews for PMS and AIF clients in line with SEBI regulations.

Review client data, investment statements, and reconciliations of AUM, income, and expenses.

Verify and certify monthly / quarterly regulatory reports and disclosure documents.

Liaise with client teams, custodians, and fund managers for data collection and query resolution.

Guide and review work performed by junior team members to ensure quality and accuracy.

Assist partners in preparing final audit reports and client presentations.

Identify process improvements to enhance audit efficiency and compliance accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies :

Strong understanding of SEBI PMS & AIF regulatory framework.

Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and financial data analysis.

Excellent communication, coordination, and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and lead small teams in a dynamic environment.
