🚨 Hiring : UK / EU IT Recruiter (Only with Prior UK / EU IT Hiring Experience)

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Experience : 2–5 Years

We are looking for a skilled UK / EU IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end technical hiring across the UK and Europe.

👉 Only candidates with proven UK / EU IT recruitment experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen IT candidates for UK / EU roles
• Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing → interviews → offer negotiation)
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements
• Build strong talent pipelines for ongoing IT roles
• Maintain ATS data and follow GDPR & UK / EU hiring compliance
• Ensure smooth and positive candidate experience
