As a Business Process Designer, you will analyze, develop, and enhance workflows to optimize business processes. You will collaborate with business users to identify inefficiencies, propose innovative solutions, and design monitoring systems for continuous feedback and improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.
- Collaborate and manage teams to achieve performance goals.
- Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide cross-team solutions to complex business problems.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to process improvements and workflow designs.
Professional & Technical Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.Strong analytical skills to assess and enhance business processes.Experience in workflow design and optimization methodologies.Effective communication skills for diverse teams and stakeholders.Familiarity with project management methodologies.Additional Information :
Minimum 12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP Technical.Position based at Noida office.15 years of full-time education required.Skills Required
