Profile overview
The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic and detail-oriented Business Analyst who brings deep domain expertise in digital payments, account lifecycle management, and closure processes. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless financial operations, regulatory compliance, and enhanced customer experience across payment platforms and account services.
Responsibilities
- Gather and critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts and identifying true business needs.
- Challenge assumptions of business units to ensure realistic and executable plans.
- Translate product and business needs into detailed application and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with developers and SMEs to balance usability, performance, and technical feasibility.
- Act as a liaison between business, product owners, and technology teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Document requirements using standard templates and natural language for clarity and traceability.
- Lead UAT and validate system functionality for payment flows, account closure, and fee logic.
- Analyze financial data, journal entries, and reconciliations to support accounting closure processes.
- Design and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, compliance, and user experience.
- Develop SOPs, conduct training, and ensure accurate documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
