Senior Backend Developer Role

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Developer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for driving process excellence and setting the bar for code quality.

As a key member of our backend development team, you will establish a strong testing culture, ensure requirements are well-documented before coding begins, and lead by example in Golang backend development.

Our ideal candidate possesses :

• 6+ years of experience in backend development and 3+ years in Golang
• Hands-on experience in leading teams through process improvements (testing, documentation, delivery discipline)
• A proven track record working with event-driven architectures at scale

Additional skills include :

Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React / Remix / NextJS) is a plus!
