Role Summary
As a Client Servicing Manager, you’ll be the face of Eventive to corporate HR and marketing clients. You’ll manage large accounts, ensure smooth execution of events, and drive account growth while safeguarding profitability.
Responsibilities
- Own relationships with HR & marketing leaders at 2–4 key accounts.
- Scope, budget, and deliver - annual days, conferences, award nights, launches, employee celebrations, branding events. Own the project end-to-end.
- Coordinate across creative, design, production, and vendors.
- Track timelines, budgets, approvals, and on-site execution.
- Upsell / cross-sell new formats and services to clients.
- Deliver post-event reports and insights.
- Ensure clear, timely, and structured communication with clients.

Client satisfaction & retention.Account growth via upsells / cross-sells.Margin protection (budget vs. actual).On-time delivery of milestones.Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years in client servicing within event / experiential agencies.Experience with large corporate events (2k+ employees) preferred.Strong business (financial & commercial) acumen.Excellent presentation & communication skills.Proven track record of managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneously.
