We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager of Performance with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Mumbai.
This new, high-impact role is essential for driving systematic and profitable user growth for our e-commerce app while maximizing spend efficiency.
The ideal candidate will leverage deep channel expertise and strong analytical skills to overcome challenges like fragmented data and inefficient spend, making highly data-driven, ROI-positive campaign decisions across the entire marketing funnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Funnel Paid Growth Ownership : Take complete ownership of full-funnel paid growth strategies and execution across all major platforms, including Google, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), programmatic platforms, and affiliates.
- Spend Efficiency and Growth : Directly address challenges of insufficient growth in installs, re-installs, and in-app conversions. You will be responsible for optimizing budget outlay to ensure profitable user acquisition.
- Measurement & Experimentation Engine : Build and own a unified measurement and experimentation engine. This includes developing comprehensive performance dashboards, mapping events within analytics tools like Clevertap / Appsflyer, and designing and executing rigorous A / B tests.
- Team Leadership & Scaling : Develop, mentor, and scale the performance marketing team and processes. You will lead a small performance-marketing pod while remaining hands-on with strategic planning, budget allocation, and direct ad platform management.
- Data-Driven Strategy : Leverage strong analytical skills to aggregate and analyze fragmented data across various tools, transforming those insights into clear, actionable strategies that continuously improve campaign Experience : 8 to 12 years of professional experience in performance marketing, specifically within an e-commerce or app-focused environment.
- Platform Expertise : Expert proficiency in managing digital campaigns, particularly Meta ads (Facebook / Instagram) and Google Ads, with a proven history of scaling spend profitably.
- Leadership & Hands-on : Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team while remaining highly hands-on with tactical execution, strategic budget allocation, and platform management.
- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical capabilities and experience in data aggregation, running sophisticated experiments, and utilizing tools like Appsflyer or Clevertap to measure and optimize CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
