The Role :

As Head of Content, youll be the creative and strategic engine behind NSTs media arm.

Youll build and scale a YouTube-first network that combines storytelling, studen documentaries, podcasts, and intelligent entertainment.

Youll shape the editorial voice, design the content strategy, and lead a multidisciplinary team to create content that informs, moves, and inspires Indias most brilliant students.

What Youll Do :

• Build and lead the YouTube content universe for Newton School of Technology from flagship docu-series and explainers to conversational podcasts and short-form storytelling.
• Launch youth-driven IPs across genres : student stories, achiever podcasts, campus docs, logic explainers, and de-stress entertainment.
• Hire, coach, and lead a team of writers, producers, directors, editors, and creators.
• Oversee end-to-end production concept to final cut across multiple cities and teams.
• Amplify NSTs brand persona smart, honest, authentic, and deeply Gen-Z.
• Work closely with leadership to drive channel growth, analytics, and brand strategy.
