Business Analyst (HCM)

About The Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in Talent and Performance Management systems to support ongoing and new initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to delivery, ensuring alignment with Agile principles and best practices.

This role is perfect for a proactive professional who enjoys translating business needs into actionable technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Must-have responsibilities (primary, day-to-day)

• Elicit, document and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders; translate into clear user stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and support backlog grooming and sprint execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on scope, timelines and outcomes.
• Perform gap analysis, process modeling and quick prototypes to validate proposed solutions and drive decision-making.
• Coordinate and support system, integration and user acceptance testing to validate deliverables against requirements.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate and document contingency plans to minimize impact on timelines.
• Provide regular progress updates, status reports and risk assessments to stakeholders and project leads.
