Head of DevOps - Docker / Kubernetes

Job Post : Team Lead DevOps.

Experience : 6+ years.

Location : Ahmedabad (Work from office).

Role Summary

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, mentor, and grow a team of DevOps engineers.
• Oversee the deployment and maintenance of applications like :
• Odoo (Python / PostgreSQL)
• Magento (PHP / MySQL)
• Node.js Design and manage CI / CD pipelines for each application using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI.
• Handle environment-specific configurations (staging, production, QA).
• Containerize legacy and modern applications using Docker and deploy via Kubernetes (EKS / AKS / GKE) or Docker Swarm.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Monitor application health and infrastructure using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or equivalent tools.
• Ensure systems are secure, resilient, and compliant with industry standards.
• Optimize cloud cost and infrastructure performance.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and IT support teams for seamless delivery.
• Troubleshoot performance, deployment, or scaling issues across tech stacks.
